Well its that time again! Mr. Harper, Prime Minister of Canada wants to show everyone in the country what he thinks about employees having bargaining rights with a union: he does not like it. Mr. Harper is looking at the possibility to create a bill to force Air Canada employees to go back to work without having a fair contract, meaning employees able to go on strike until a contract deal is agreed with Air Canada management and the union members (employees). Well the time has come, Mr. Harper decided no more, since the negotiations were not going anywhere between the union and Canada Post, let’s make a law to force them back to work. Many Canadians support what Mr. Harper did, but I do not.
