Well Dalton McGuinty has won the elction race for the third time and will control the province. Ontarians have spoken. They said “I want to pay more taxes, I want you to sneak potential premiums like the health care premium that was added to our income tax a few years back,and yes, I want you to give companies the benefits of the HST while I, an Ontarian will pay more for everything that I need on a daily basis” Sorry, did I hear a no to the above statment? Car insurance in Ontario. Why is it so expensive? And why is everything getting more expensive as well?

Ontario is one of the worst provinces in Canada when it comes to car insurance. Let’s not forget about hydro, but that is another story. Students today are more pushed to go to College or University since employers are demanding more from employees. When you look at todays economy in Canada and the USA, not excluding Europe and the rest of the world, you don’t have to look at the facts, just look around you and you see it. Now that Ontario has applied the HST, many things will go up.

On July 1st 2010, Ontario has applied the Harmonized Sales Tax or as we call it, the HST. Ontario states that it will create hundred of thousands of jobs, chances are in the public government sector.
