Canada Post employees force back to work this week
Well the time has come, Mr. Harper decided no more, since the negotiations were not going anywhere between the union and Canada Post, let’s make a law to force them back to work. Many Canadians support what Mr. Harper did, but I do not. First of all a union was created to protect the employees from employers, giving them seniority, fair wages, benefits, able to go on strike when renewing a contract if the employees find it unfair, and peace of mind that the employer cannot fire you because he doesn’t like your face. Well Harper Cabinet of 39 people which are for ministers and junior ministers will cost tax payers 9 million dollars, which an ordinary MP draws a base salary of $157,731 per year. All I can say at least some of us in Canada get a salary that can pay the bills and live comfortably.
