The Ontario Liberals will control us again, how much more will Ontarians take?
Well Dalton McGuinty has won the elction race for the third time and will control the province.
Ontarians have spoken. They said “I want to pay more taxes, I want you to sneak potential premiums like the health care premium that was added to our income tax a few years back,and yes, I want you to give companies the benefits of the HST while I, an Ontarian will pay more for everything that I need on a daily basis”
Sorry, did I hear a no to the above statment? Then why did you vote for the Liberals? Feel free to post a comment below.
Now for the rest of you that have voted for the Conservative, well it is a better alternative. As for myself, I have voted for the NDP. Why you ask; simple; to get better paying jobs. The NDP believe in fairness,they believe in Unions, and therefore believe that everyone should not have to beg an employer for a fair pay.
All that McGuinty as done in the last term was to introduce the HST which increase the cost of everything we need, such as gasoline to drive to work. Lets not forget about the eco tax he tried to sneak in during the transition of the HST. What? You did not know?
Hydro. Do have to say more about this subject. Well for anyone that does not actually look at their hydro bill the price has went up. As well to reduce your cost they recommend on doing laundry during off peak hours. Are we in a third world country.
Family day: This is the biggest and dumbest cover to show we are not in a third world country. Did you know many years ago (like 20+ years) factories and offices were closed on Sundays, and if the company opened on that day they would get a huge fine. Its true. The only businesses that were opened was stores such as Wolco, Kmarts (no longer in Canada), gas stations and restaurant. Maybe one of the reasons there was less divorces?
The only good thing about this election is that the Liberals have won a minority, meaning they will have to work with another party to get new regulations in.
So next time you vote ask yourself this; Do you want a fair pay at work? do you want someone that will get the public involved before selling something that belongs to the taxpayers (Hydro One sold by Conservative party leader Mike Harris). If yes next timevote for NDP or the Green Party, but please stay away from the Conservative and Liberals.
